We just got back from a quick cruise on the rccl empress of the seas. The ship was not the main reason for the cruise but the ports (St. Kitts & St. Maarten). While on the beaches and in taxis, we spent some time talking to passengers on the Galaxy and the Summit. I have always been curious about the differences and the feedback I received made me want more...

 

I would be interested in looking at some recent menus....does anyone have any recent ones posted?

 

Also, as far as entertainment, can anyone compare to RCCL?

 

I am seriously looking at the Solstice for 2009.
