Anyone Done the Helicopter Tour

Has anyone done the helicopter tour of the volocano in Monsterrat? How was it? would you say you could get motion sickness? I don't get sick on a plane or ship just never been on a helicpter before. Where did the helicpter leave from? How long was the entire trip from begining to end.
