Dress for Baltic Cruise

We are going on the Constellation Baltic mid June/end June and wondered whether summer wear is appropriate dress in the evening for ladies. Of course the formal nights are more dressy but would summer dresses work for the other nights?

For informal nights, think of what you'd wear to your best restaurant in town. For casual nights, you can wear slacks, nice tops, capri pants or dresses (think sundress types).

We were on Constellation in July 2006 for a 14 night Baltic cruise. Evening attire was somewhat (but not that much) less formal than Cunard, but still adhered to the dress code. I never saw a lady in the dining room in slacks, even on casual nights.

We were on the June 17,06 Constellation Cruise. There were plenty of women weaing pants in the diningroom. And wearing dressy pant outfits on formal nights. I know, because I was one of them.
