Need Help to upload photo's!!

Hello! I have been trying over and over to upload some cruise photo's but when I press the upload button, I get this message, "100_0046.JPG (exceeds filesize limit)"

Does this mean I cannot put any of my pics on here? I am so dissapointed? I tried numerous different pictures, and the same thing happens! Sorry to sound so stupid!! Just a bit frustrated!!

Resize your photo to about 1200 px on the long side and it should upload just fine.

Awesome... great program... I've changed the size, and copied and uploaded to cruisecritic... but now I can't find my pics... thought they'd show up in the ship photos.... port photos... does it take a while before it is put in? Thanks!
