Tortola with a 2 1/2 year old!

My husband, daughter and I will be taking a cruise next February, and one of the ports that we'll be visiting is Tortola. My husband is going to dive that day, and I would like any thoughts on what my 2 1/2 year old daughter and I could do together while my husband is off diving. Any suggestions?

Cane Garden Beach is pretty and low key. Kids always enjoy playing in the sand. We were just there over spring break.
