Differences between balcony room and mini-suite?

Hello, We just changed our room from a BC balcony room to a mini-suite on the Jewel and I was wondering what differences there will be? Will we have concierge service in a mini-suite? Any other differences you can tell me about? Thanks!

I have never been on the Jewel, but I will try to help you.

The only differences that I can say would be:

1. The size of the room - the mini is a little bigger, and the balcony itself may be a little larger in the mini

2. The sofa bed fits 2 - in the balcony it only fits 1

3. There is a bathtub in the bathroom - in the balcony it is only a stall

4. No more concierge - they took that away at the beginning of the year.

Have a great cruise.

The thing I love the best about a mini vs. a BA is that the mini has a curtain that can be drawn to separate the room. Works well if one person wants to sleep and the other wants to be up and preparing for the day. :)

Have a great cruise! We'll be on the Jewel in late May.
