Holiday Inn West Bank_ Park and cruise. Free parking for any length of cruise, no shuttle to dock, but am told taxi is only $16
Have not stayed yet, reservation for Dec. 29th prior to 12 day RiverBarge Excursions cruise.

If you pack light and are in good shape, you could take the free Holiday Inn Westbank shuttle van to the free Algiers Point/Canal St. ferry, take the ferry and then walk over to the riverbarge if they still dock near the Aquarium.
