Considering booking this, will be our first time to Paris. RCCL - Brilliance of the Seas, in port (Le Havre) on May 20, 2008. Appreciate comments from those who have taken this or one similiar! Is this tour the best way to see Paris with limited time?

All suggestions will be greatly appreciated!

Well, there was a thread a little while ago about this, and some people really like it. We decided to take the Hop On/Off bus right from the Eiffel Tower where the bus leaves you (assuming you are taking the ship's "on your own" transpo). We were able to go all over the city, and I think you see more with the bus. We were there late last April, and it was absolutely heavenly weather. I cannot say enough about the beauty of that city on that day. My DH was very reluctant to go to Paris, and now tells everyone that "we were there on a day they wrote the song 'April in Paris' about." It's true. So, I recommend the HOHO with the recorded guide.

However, the river cruise starts right across the street from the Eiffel Tower. It's just down the stairs to the river.
