GS on Liberty...will concierge contact me?

I am sailing in 28 days and I was wondering if and/or when I will recieve a call from the concierge. I remember reading a while back that people were contacted regarding dinner reservations at specialty restaurants, amenities in the room etc....

 

If anyone knows this information or the link to the thread I saw awhile back, I would greatly appreciate it!

No guarantees, but probably "yes". You would be most likely to hear 6 or 7 days before your cruise.

On my last cruise, I was contacted about a week prior. However, for my next one on Brilliance which sails on Monday, haven't heard a peep.... :(

We were in a Grand Suite the week of March 1 and never heard from the concierge. A person from our roll call that was in the Royal Suite did about 5 days prior to the cruise. Whether we were just overlooked, I don't know.

will be interested in your answer...we leave the day you return.also in a GS...hoping to hear from them before to make some requests....keep us informed...

Yes we were contacted before we sailed by the Concierge of Freedom. We stayed in a GS. Make sure you have an updated email address on file with Royal Carribean.

 

He sent me the spa menu (to make appts). And he took appts for chops/Portofino and any special requests.
