Will there be enough time to make departing flight?

I think that's pretty dicey. If you look in the Western Destinations board here on CC, there are some threads about Seattle with some residents giving great info.

Seatac airport is not near Seattle. It's down close to Tacoma. So if you're traveling to or from Seattle from the airport, you would probably encounter a lot of traffic during the daytime, especially on weekdays or if there's construction on the freeway.

Princess uses Terminal 30 which is in downtown Seattle, right near the sports complexes.

Hello,

You should have no problems making your flight. I would walk off my luggage, and get a taxi. This might be more expensive but it will ensure that you are to SEATAC well in advance of your departure time.
