Planning An Event On The Cruise???

My sister and I would like to celebrate our birthdays on our cruise next year, but not sure how to orgranize with RCCL. It would be great to have it in one of the clubs/lounges, but would like to have control over the music...at least for a specified timeframe. It doesn't have to be a private party. More the merrier! Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated!
