steve20832 Posted April 2, 2008 #26 Share Posted April 2, 2008 First of all, why would you go in the water if there is sea lice anyways? Second, South Florida beaches put up purple flags which indicate there are things in the water that you don't want touching you (such as sea lice.) If you see a flag that isn't green, you should ask a lifeguard if it is safe. The city of Boca Raton does a good job informing the public what the current beach conditions are http://www.ci.boca-raton.fl.us/OceanRescue/conditions.htm
quiltsnh Posted April 2, 2008 #27 Share Posted April 2, 2008 I have used this product many times... it really works against jelly fish and lice. We snorkeled at the barrier reef in Belize and it was loaded with thimble jellyfish and we were not bothered at all. Also used at Coco Cay and Costa Maya.
