This is our first time sailing on Carnival and I am full of questions!

Does Carnival offer pre-pay drink programs (i.e., a "soda" card or a "wine package" program)?

Also, do the newer Carnival ships have specialty restaurants onboard?

Only way to prepay drinks prior to boarding is to purchase drink coupons.

 

Once onboard you can buy a soda card for $4.50 child/$6.00 adult per day.

 

Yes, the newer Carnival ships have a supper club, menu.

On board credit is better than drink coupons--they are a pain. Put some money on your account when you get there and buy a fountain card. Or better yet, put some drinks/sodas in a carry on bag and just take your own.
