We are getting married on November 8, 2008 and we would like to find out whether you can recommend a photographer for our wedding. Is the ship photographer the same as the wedding photographer?

There are tons of photographers...I don't believe there is anyway of knowing who will be snapping the shots at the wedding.

Hi maddam_5maria, I am under the impression that there will be one specific photographer assigned to us during the wedding and reception. I am curious whether there's anyone out there who can give me a name.

There is one specific person (meaning not more than one and they change persons once they have assigned someone)...but no way to request a certain person (by name) I don't believe. I haven't asked this specific question to my WC but on another issue she stated that the workers on the ships come & go all the time. There is no way of knowing who will be on the ship and at what time. I would guess this means photographers as well.

 

Also..there is no "one" person that takes pictures. There's MANY. Alot of the workers on the ships have two jobs. This is a second job to alot of them. I've seen bartenders snapping photos, lido deck personel snapping photos, etc. On formal night you will be amazed at how many different locations there are for photos. It's like there's a spot in every corner...lol
