We really like Celebrity cruises. I was just wondering.Can anyone compare a Celebrity cruise to a Costa cruise? Thank you.

Like fillet mignon and hamburger..... I love Costa for the fun! and the whole european athmosphere and oh yeha the price. Dancing the night away..TOGA...Gaudy over the top decor.

 

Celebrity is more refined service much better food..Except pizza and pasta rock on costa. Celebrity is low key and elegant.

 

Alot depends on the itenerary I would never do Costa in Europe but they are fun for a cheap week get away.

Standard cabins are smaller on Costa. The ships are more crowded and they do attract more international passengers- which means expect more smoke, topless sunbathing, etc.

Kind of like comparing a Budgetel with a Wyndam or Westin.
