Try www.worldweather.org. Gives the option of different countries then you can select individual cities/areas. It's quite comprehensive. Also try www.metoffice.gov.uk for European weather.

Hi again, haven't cruised western med (first one is in June & can't wait!!) but have holidayed in the region a lot & my family have a home in southern Spain so I know that area quite well. April/May can be showery but should be plenty of sunshine too. June will be pleasantly warm, sometimes hot - unlikely to be much rainfall. July/August can be very hot. Probably OK on the ship with sea breezes, but shore excursions could be hot & sticky. September likely to be very pleasant & there will be fewer tourists around. If it was the eastern med, I would say September would be perfect and even early October would be good - we were in Turkey towards the end of October some years ago & weather was wonderful. It can be good in western med as well, but possibly more shower risk at the end of the season.
