The only reputable place I know of in Cozumel is the Havana Club in the big mall adjacent to the waterfront (can't remember the mall name). Cozumel has no LCDH (La Casa de Habano) which is the only sure way to know you're buying legitimate Cuban cigars. The Havan Club is not an LCDH but does sell legitimate Cubans. I stopped there last year and will again this year. Expect to pay high prices, though! A Cohiba Siglo VI tubo last year was $30!
