Does Princess offer a program that lets you put your luggage out the last night and send it to the airport for you? If so what airline participate in this program?

Depends on the port if it is offered.

 

Different airlines participate at different ports.

 

If you have a specific port and airline that you want to know about, I am sure some CC posters will have the answer for you.
