c-ruisedaddy Posted May 20, 2008 #1 Share Posted May 20, 2008 Has anyone stayed in Grand Princess E710, E711, or E715? Looks from the deck layout that they would more or less have an ocean view? Thanks, Marty

They are obstructed.... but have probably one of the better views for being obstructed. ;)
sherman931 Posted May 20, 2008 #3 Share Posted May 20, 2008 Be aware that there are frequently crew members climbing among the racks, rafts and boats performing routine maintenance right outside your window so be careful how you dress (or undress) with the drapes open

FredS Posted May 20, 2008 #5 Share Posted May 20, 2008 We had an E deck room on the Star for 23 days and in that time a crew man passed in front of our window about 4 times. This is a momentary thing as he was moving from one boat to another. One of these times he did spend a couple hours during the day working on the hooks of the lifeboat. I never saw any of them look into the room and we left the curtains open even while they were there. There were only there during the time of about 9 AM to about 4PM, but not that whole time. Sometimes there were there for only a minute or two.

The crew is certainly not out there looking for a quick peek..... they are there working hard and doing necessary maintenance. Still it is startling to see someone out there when you least expect it.
