Problem Signing On To Princess Website?

Anyone else having a problem signing on to princess website?

 

I tried my account and DH's account and it's not recognizing either of us.

 

Is it just me?:confused:

Are you having trouble getting into MyPrincess, or do you have a problem when you try to access your booking from the link on the MyPrincess page? I sometimes have to refresh the MyPrincess page after I sign in because the java scripts don't load properly. Once I refresh the page it works fine.

I just tried utilizing regular password ..it worked...also went through the personalizer utilizing booking number and that worked..

I was able to log into my cruise personalizer.

 

My problem is when I'm at the main princess.com page, neither of our emails/passwords are working.

 

Keep getting:

 

"Your email address, or password cannot be found. Please verify your name and password and try again. To request for your password via email, click Forgot Your Password below."

 

After I got in via cruise personalizer I refreshed the page. That didn't help.

 

Hmmm, I tried the "forgot" my password - which I know I didn't :) and that isn't even working for me.

 

Guess I'll have to call them!var s_prop5 = "LOGIN_FAILED_FROM_MAIN_LOGIN"

Does this this happen to you?

 

I go to my Princess, a window pops up that says "You are about to leave a secure Internet connection. It will be possible for others to view the information you send. Do you want to continue? Yes/No.

 

I choose no, as I don't want others to view my email/password sign in.

 

I enter email/password and it doesn't "recognize" me.

 

When I choose "yes" at the question, the security padlock disappears.

I just signed on and got into Personalizer with no problem.
