2forTravelin Posted October 10, 2004 #1 Share Posted October 10, 2004 I just finished reading a thread about requesting a specific table in the dining room. I didn't realize that I could do that. Now that I know better, does anyone have the layout for the Rotterdam dining room so I can give it a try? Also, I would appreciate any comments about this ship as we chose her specifically to try a different style of ship (our first cruise was this spring on the Westerdam). Thanks so much. Krazy Kruizers Posted October 10, 2004 #2 Share Posted October 10, 2004 I do have the Rotterdam dining room table numbers - BUT - :( - I do not have a scanner - DH thinks we do not need one. You will love the Rotterdam - very elegant ship - we have been on her. Love her.
Southbound Posted October 11, 2004 #3 Share Posted October 11, 2004 KK - We will be on the Rotterdam in December and are confirmed for the early/upper. We are a party of two & requested seating at a table for six and would really enjoy a window table. Do you have any suggestions to pass along for us to request? Thanx. :)
grannynurse Posted October 11, 2004 #4 Share Posted October 11, 2004 We've always enjoyed Table # 31 on the wake windows. it gives a great view of the sunsets, but you may be too early for that. GN

The tables by the windows on both the starboard side and port side are all tables for 4.
2forTravelin Posted October 11, 2004 Author #6 Share Posted October 11, 2004 I am looking forward to the Rotterdam. I've read such nice comments about her. We are looking for a romantic table for 2 for this trip. We were at a table for 6 on the Westerdam but discovered that we really wanted to spend more time with each other. We have requested 6:15 seating. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Southbound Posted October 11, 2004 #7 Share Posted October 11, 2004 KK - Many thanks. Really appreciate your taking the time to look those up for us. Folks on this board sure are generous and quick to share!
jazzsea Posted October 12, 2004 #8 Share Posted October 12, 2004 6:15 dinner would be the lower level. I particularly like table 78 on the upper level but will check the lower level chart and offer suggestions.
