Shopping on CocoCay

There is a section of shops at Coco Cay, booths really, based on the famous Nassau basket market. You will need cash to shop there. You cannot pay with your SeaPass or a credit card. The booths are to your right as you get off the tender boat at the island.

The merchandise is identical to the Nassau basket market which is right by the pier in Nassau and you can see it from the ship. I have heard, but do not know that the merchandise is somewhat cheaper at the Nassau basket market than it is on Coco Cay, plus because it is bigger there is a much greater selection.

Typical items for sale are tote bags, straw baskets and hats, flip flops, beach wraps, cheap jewelry and beads, T-shirts...items of that sort.

By the way, I hope you like Coco Cay as much as we do.
