Another C&A Question

We are doing a B2B2B in Jan 09, after the 1st cruise we will be Diamond would we be able to claim the extra balcony discount for the 2nd and 3rd cruises? I did ask the C&A ambassador on our last cruise and she said you had to complete your cruise to qualify for the extra discount (as opposed to just booking the cruise) I'm hoping someone has been in this position and can give me some advice. Thanks

Go to the Loyalty Ambassador on the first night of your first leg and explain the situation. S/he can email Miami to ask for permission to give you the onboard benefits and probably can request that you get an OBC for the additional discount.

 

At the very least, after the first leg you should be allowed to use the Concierge Lounge and get all of the onboard goodies that are provided to Diamond members.
