A really Dumb question

Oh I hate to ask this, but my friend is going on the Disney Magic and I have never been on Disney Cruise Line. I was going to do a search of the daily newsletters, but it dawned on me I have no clue what they are called. For my Princess Cruises they are called "Patters". Can someone help so I can do a search. Thanks!

They are called Navigators.
