I am thinking of trading our helicopter/dog sled trip on Mendanhall Glacier for a glacier helicopter trek level 2. We want to truly experience the glaciers and the best of Alaska. Do you think the 2 hour trek (+fly time) will be better than the dog sledding? We will go to another land based dog sled place later on our trip. Do you have any recommendations for companies to do this with? Should we book independently or with Princess?
