Trafalgar Falls or Middleham Falls....which is best?

I'm into hiking and will book through the cruisline. The Middleham Falls hike looks like my cup of tea. Anyone on this board done it? Trafalgar Falls seems to a bus tour so is it a worthwhile bus tour?
