Northern and Eastern?

We don't want to book a world cruise, but we want to do both Northern and Eastern Europe. We have looked around but aren't finding anyone that does this. We wouldn't want to do more than 30 days and even then it seems like most either do Northern or Eastern and then return to the U.S. Any thoughts?

 

We are most interested in London, Paris, Copenhagen, and St. Petersburg to the north and Venice, Dubrovnik, Santorini, and Istanbul to the east.

Do-able, I think.

A very quick scan shows that HAL has an itinerary that sails from Rotterdam to Athens and is 17 days. There are probably others. A B-2-B is probably your best bet.
