Pull down beds

I have been hearing alot about how comfortable the Carnival beds are, can anyone tell me if the pull down beds are as comfortable, just comfortable or not at all

I have been hearing alot about how comfortable the Carnival beds are, can anyone tell me if the pull down beds are as comfortable, just comfortable or not at all

 

We took a girls cruise in November on the Ectasy. I slept in the pull down bed on our trip. I slept like a baby. I'm 5' 6" and had no problems sitting up.

 

Only thing, getting up in the middle of the night was a little tricky. I have some pictures of me in the bed somewhere....I think they're on my desk top at work. I'll see if I can find them today and post for you. My sister is taller than me and our friend was too short to try and climb and get down.

 

There is a ladder. It's a really heavy metal which our steward put on the side of the bed. Someone kicked it in the middle of the night so we moved it to the end of the bed to keep it out of the way.

I couldn't find one with me sitting up in the bed...thats probably a good thing..lol. But you get the idea. The bed was very comfortable and we had plenty of room for 3 women in our cabin.

Same mattress as the lower beds.

Thanks guys. Will be 3 women in our cabin also and of the 3 I will prob get elected for the bunk lol. It looks comfy with the thick mattress
