GEM - Wine List Question

Hi

 

We were on the Gem last week and on the night we ate in Tequila we departed from our usual favourite wine - Caymus Conundrum - for a bottle of a California Riesling - the name of which now escapes us?

 

Does anyone know if any of the Wine Lists have been uploaded onto this site? I do recall seeing sample menus somewhere - but where?

The only California I remember was Trefethen Estate Dry Riesling

Hmm I am sure it was a Californian Riesling - but perhaps I was mistaken.

 

My husband thinks it may be the Chateau St Michelle - have to keep my eyes open for it when I am in the USA next month.

They do have that but it is from Washington State - a very nice wine.
