It was just in the news in Miami, RCI and NCL changed /re routed many ships leaving today the Port of Miami cause of Hurricane Ike.

Yep, all the cruise websites show the changes as well as Cruise Critic in their Hurricane Zone.

For all the whiners and complainers it certainly appears to me that Carnival and other cruise lines are doing their best to make the passengers vacation enjoyable. See below - I certainly wouldn't complain with going to the Western Caribbean instead of the Eastern Caribbean.

Carnival Liberty, which departed from Miami on September 6, will sail to the Western Caribbean instead of the Eastern Caribbean. New ports of call include Grand Cayman (Monday), Cozumel (Tuesday), Belize (Wednesday) and Roatan (Thursday).
