Hurricane?

What kind of shape is Cayman in after the hurricanes? Also, I am testing my countdown clock! lol

From the perspective of the typical cruise visitor, Grand Cayman was untouched by the passing of Hurricanes Gustav and Ike.

 

There was some damage to docks at Rum Point and a hotel on the far end of the island. Efforts to make temporary repairs to those docks have been undertaken.

 

Other attractions were essentially unaffected.

I just returned yesterday. The island seemed fine and our weather was great. We did get to go to the Sting Rays. Unfortunately we were not able to go to Rum Point.:(
