HoneyDad Posted October 16, 2008 #1 Share Posted October 16, 2008 Sometimes good things happen. :) While sailing on Celebrity Century and staying in one of the penthouse suites CC gave us a liter of Absolute for the cruise. This was especially nice because we were with our two daughters and their husbands. On RCCL I left our camera in the coin tray in the casino one night and it disappeared. The casino reviewed all the film from the casino and still could determine what had happen to it. On the last night at dinner the casino manager sent us a complimentary bottle of wine to us. It did not return the camera but we understood they cared which was much appreciated. What is your story? ;)
Buccaneergirl Posted October 17, 2008 #2 Share Posted October 17, 2008 Your stories were great! Mine is that when we were on Mariner of the Seas last November, we had a great group of CC people and I have made friends for life! We have kept in touch for the last year and 2 girls from Canada will be sailing on MOS in 4 weeks and we will be meeting them for dinner in Orlando when they get back from the cruise.:D I also keep in touch with another couple in Boise(we e-mail once a week at least) from our Alaskan cruise and hope to see them soon! I can't say enough about my CC friends. It has changed my whole cruising experience. You all are great!:)
Sue L Posted October 17, 2008 #3 Share Posted October 17, 2008 I know it is not a cruise perk, but definitely a CC perk. Today, I booked ( on hold at least) a cruise for a cruise critic person today, completely by coincidence they walked into the travel agency where I work. While we were talking we both discovered we were members of CC. It was so much fun.
