St. Maarten - Dutch or French?

When we dock at St. Maarten are we on the Dutch or French side? I called AT&T this morning to add International coverage to our cell phones and they asked because the rates differ depending on which side we're on. I'm assuming Dutch but really have no idea. :confused:

You dock in Phillipsburg on the Dutch side.

Yep, St Maarten is Dutch, St Martin is the French side. :D
