When to expect edocs?

go on the ncl website and look for your edocs there. you can print them out.

You just need your reservation # ..

Did you go online and fill out your advanced guest registration ? That should have been done already.

How long before sailing should I expect our edocs email? We are 4 weeks out at this point.

see if you can get your edocs through this link:

http://edocs.ncl.com/edocs/

if you do, just need (not really) to print out the ticket page.

i like to have a print out of the ticket, just to show the security guards. have had problems with security not wanting to let people into check-in without the ticket. not really a problem since NCL has everyone on computer.

Please forgive my ignorance... Do I understand correctly that if you book online, all documents can be retreived online? How long after final payment is made will the edocs be available? We're considering booking online as this save us a 50% surcharge by booking through our South African representative. We do however have to apply for Schengen Visas for which we need travel docs - being able to download edocs will save us lots of anxiety AND $$$$!

We booked thru a travel agent but registered online with NCL; paid our final payment Oct 3rd and received our edocs on the ncl website two weeks ago we do not sail until Jan. 4, 2009. If you register online with NCL and you can do so if you have your reservation/booking # your edocs should be there as well especially if you are only 4 weeks from your trip. Have a great cruise.

I never did get an email telling me my edocs were ready. I saw they were on the NCL website when I was signed in on the my cruises page. I do know that their availability has nothing to do with when an individual pays. They become available a couple weeks or so after the payment deadline, usually 2 months or slightly more before the cruise sails.

We paid our final payment for our December 27 cruise on the Gem in September.

After final payement we checked every other day http://edocs.ncl.com/edocs/ and my cruise to see if our edocs were ready. We kept getting a message that they were not ready to be retrieved. We were getting a little worried that they would never show up. Last week we received our luggage tags in the mail and checked for our edocs on line but they still were not there. We dediced to check the next day both http://edocs.ncl.com/edocs/ and my cruise they were finally ready. So therefore we received ours 7 weeks before.

It is a great feeling when you finally receive them. We are looking forward to our

Cruise on the Gem for New Years and Celebrating our 35th Anniversary on Dec 30.

We will be renewing our vows.

Happy Cruising to All
