hillbillycruisers Posted December 5, 2008 #2 Share Posted December 5, 2008 I want to have some authentic home made guacamole, tortillas and beans while in Cozumel and I don't want to pay an arm and a leg for them. Any suggestions? Hello fellow Missourians...we found a little place in Coz called La Mission...its just a block or two away from the port..easy walking distance..it was reccomended to us by fellow cruise passengers, and we really like it...the guacamole is very good and we usually get fajitas, but I understand everything is good there...there is supposed to be two of these restraunts in Coz, but we've never been to the other one...think it may be by the beach....anyway, I hear about a lot of good eating places there and you will probably gets several ideas given to you...buts thats where we like to go...in fact, we'll be there again wednesday!! Good Luck :)

Safetyal Posted December 5, 2008 #4 Share Posted December 5, 2008 Let me throw Casa Denis out there. Reasonable and really good. A lot of locals eat there.
asylum575 Posted December 6, 2008 #5 Share Posted December 6, 2008 Panhco's backyard may be renowned for guacamole, but you gotta try the margaritas. More than two and you may not make it back to the ship.
