New Years Eve & Formal Night

Will be on Monarch of the Seas for New Years cruise. The 2nd night is Dec 30 which is typically the formal night. Does anyone know if RCI will change formal night to the 3rd night which will be Dec 31? Might be bringing 2 formals since I want to be dressed formally for New Years Eve but don't want to if I don't have to! Any help would be great!
