Cruise Europe

I was thinking about doing a NCL cruise that goes to Italy ,greece and egypt from spain.I wondering if anyone has done this cruise? And should I do the tours from the boat? Any advice will be accepted.

Some ports of call you can easily see on your own while others a tour would be very helpful.

 

If you list the ports you will visit that will be helpful.
