How to fit two excursions into one day?

I researched stuff to do all night and decided I really want to do the Honey Suckle horseback ride and go to Rum Point (and possibly visit stingrays from there, saw Red Sail has a tour at 2-430pm). This is my first time on a cruise without my parents and thought to save a lil money I could try to set up some things to do w/o the ship pricing. Do y'all think doing both things is possible?

The ship comes in at 11am-8pm. The horse ride is two hours, unknown how far and what times are available yet. Rum Point is just under an hour away I believe I read... so maybe I'm out of luck of being able to sneak in the stingray visit. Thanks for any advice from you cruising experts :)

If I recall correctly, Honey Suckle does their horseback riding in West Bay. You need to account for time for the ride back to the port area in George Town and then it can be about an hour ride to Rum Point.

You may be better served by renting a car and arranging all of your own transportation.

Actually never mind I read the times wrong.. thought we were in Cayman for 11-8, but thats Cozumel. Super excited and weird schedule this weekend so everythings all crossed wrong. So yea its one or the other! :( Now to decide between Stingrays/Rum Point or Horseback riding. Think for my friends sake we do the first one, his first cruise and all :)
