Southern Caribbean cruises... recommendations needed.

Hi!

 

While we haven't made any decision yet, we are giving serious thought to take our little boy on his first cruise to the southern Caribbean in August this year. So far, we've only considered RCCL Adventure of the Seas.

 

Any other cruiselines you would recommend for a 7-day cruise to the southern Caribbean? As parents of a toddler, kids' club and access to food/snack anytime are quite important to us.

 

And by the way, if anyone knows, how far is the port in St. Lucia to the Pitons?

May not be Southern Caribbean, but he would probably enjoy Disney Cruise line:)

The ship will sail past the Pitons in St. Lucia but it's about 1/2 hour by car to them on the island. Its only a few minuites by boat.

The best Southern Carribean cruises leave from San Juan. RCCL seems to have good kids club but Dinsny or Carnival may have more on board activities.
