RCC- Control access to C&A Concierge Lounge

As RCC (as we all are) trying to cut costs, I am concerned the C&A Diamond/Diamond+ perk would be eliminated. It is one of the reasons we stay with RCC. On a recent IOS sailing, the Diamond lounge was PACKED every night. What we observed is that when someone entered with a key, others followed in large numbers. The lounge was next to the Oliver and Twist Lounge, which may have contributed to the problem.

On two nights, they did post someone to check that people entering had actual keys. Other than that, no one asked or checked on who had access. There were so many in the lounge at one time, people stood on line for a drink. Tables were not cleared for long periods of time. It was the most disorganized lounge I have ever encountered. The crew tried to do the best that they could.

If RCC would post someone to check who actually has access, it sure would help! We saw groups (seen only once and never again) pile appetizers onto plates and then never even eat them. What a waste.

The staff in the lounge had trouble keeping up with the demands of those in the lounge. RCC-we like the Diamond/Diamond+ lounge and it has cost us plenty to gain access to this benefit. Can you find a better way to control access-thus control the cost of this program?? On other ships, this would not have happened.
