X1 Drinks Package - Indian Ocean

I know there has been a lot written regarding the X1 drinks package recently so I made every effort to book it for the 25 night cruise I have planned in March on the Costa Europa. My travel agent came back to me & told me that Costa say that this drinks package is not available on Indian Ocean cruises & it is therefore not possible to book it.

 

Has anyone else had the same experience or indeed has anyone booked the X1 package for the Costa Europa cruise from Mauritius back to Savona on 13th March?

 

This is the first time I have posted on the forum & look forward with interest to any help that you can give. It is also my first time on Costa, having been on Princess & Celebrity on over 20 cruises previously, --- needless to say I am so far underwhelmed with their slow & unhelpful responses!!
