Specialty Restaurants open for lunch on sea days?

We're on the Star this Saturday in a balcony room (if that makes any difference) and was wondering if we can lunch in any of the specialty dining choices at lunchtime?

Too many dining choices, not enough time to sample them all!

On both Pearl and Jewel, the Sushi restaurant is open for lunch. (Cagney's is open for Suites as mentioned above.)

Last month on the Gem some of the specialty restaurants were open on two of the sea days for lunch and I think the sushi was open every day for lunch although the Daily did not seem to say it would be. Also Le Bistro had a Jazz brunch on a sea day.
