moondoggie Posted February 14, 2009 #1 Share Posted February 14, 2009 After ten cruises, I finally remembered to pack my noodle in my suitcase--and if you love to float in the ocean for hours like I do, you should too! It fits around the inside rim of your suitcase, weighs almost nothing, and curves into a u shape sticking outside of your beach tote bag. So many people wanted to know where I got it--just bring yours from home. So....relaxing,
FrozenOne Posted February 14, 2009 #2 Share Posted February 14, 2009 Super Idea Moondoggie! AND the noodle acts as a cushion for the fragiles in your suitcase AND you can leave it at the last beach you visit. That will make someone's day!:p

inasisi Posted February 18, 2009 #6 Share Posted February 18, 2009 What is a noodle that you can pack?
Bowie MeMe Posted February 19, 2009 #7 Share Posted February 19, 2009 A noodle is a water toy that is about 4foot long made of plastic foam. I use the noodle as part of my water aerobics routine and there are a multitude of excercises you can use it for BEFORE you just float and gloat. Like the idea of giving it to a local. they are pretty cheap but not available on ship.

moondoggie Posted February 23, 2009 Author #9 Share Posted February 23, 2009 ...between $1.00 and $4.00, depending on when you buy them. Try the discount stores, and Wally-Mart. Most FLA beach stores sell them, if you are coming in the night before the cruise.
lakeluvr Posted March 29, 2009 #10 Share Posted March 29, 2009 That sounds sort of suggestive, huh? Does Carnival allow the foam noodles to be used in the pools? :) :p
MissRissa Posted March 29, 2009 #11 Share Posted March 29, 2009 That sounds sort of suggestive, huh? Does Carnival allow the foam noodles to be used in the pools? :) :p You won't be able to use it in the pool, but you can take it on all your beach excursions:p
Rare Morgsmom Posted April 7, 2009 #12 Share Posted April 7, 2009 What a great idea!!!! Thanks so much and I'll be sure to pack one for our upcoming trip. I wonder if Disney will let us use on Castaway Cay -- something makes me think that they won't (and that they will require a rental of their mats for $10 or so!)
