NCL or Celebrity?

1st Timers to cruising. We can only travel to Alaska at the end of June this year for our 5yr anniversary (never had a honeymoon). Return Vancouver because we are driving to the port. We already booked a cruise with Celebrity but noticed NCL has a cruise departing the same day and it has come down in price. To us it is a matter of food, service, and sights for our first cruise. NCL is appealling due to its freestyle cruising and not worried about "fitting in with formal nights." Celebrity was cheap at the time we booked. HELP?

It is a matter of preference but I would not go back on NCL even if they paid me!

I agree, stay with Celebrity. The food, the amenities etc are much better. As far as the formal nights, you can be as formal as you want. You do not have to do the tux thing and you will see people wearing everything. Have a great anniversary.
