HI --- I have on a number of cruises called and made arrangements to have our suite decorated with Happy Birthday Streamers and have a Birthday Cake waiting --- it really is nice to enter the room and see all the bright streamers --- also --- when you receive your documents --- there should be a brochure in it that will tell you what is available for special occassions --- have a great birthday and a super cruise - good luck
