Has anyone ever been on the consierge level on a Disney ship? We will be in a suite for our Mediterranean cruise, and booked the suite mainly to get the consierge service. Has anyone been dissapointed with the service? Because we will be in Europe, we will need directions, excursion information, additional assistance, ect. Are we expecting too much? Thank you for any information or advice you can give!
