Cant access cruise personaliser

Sunday is usually the day for upgrades etc, and CP is often unavailable..

 

Today probably more so as they all the changes relating to the change of intineraries because the of the Pacific Dawn/Pacific Jewel swap.

Frank... We were booked on the Jewel for NYE and now we are on Pacific Dawn, I cannot access cruise personaliser either, have been trying and it opens it up but cant click on anything, just blank. Is this the same prob as you. Fiona

Same problem here, Fiona. They must be shuffling cabins around I suppose. We only booked on Friday so I havent had a chance to put any info' in.

Yes - I was booked on the Dawn and now the Jewel and my personaliser is still blank as well. I imagine it's a long process with the change-overs, just another excuse for me to keep my cruise dreams alive by visiting the site again!:p:p:p

I'm having the same experience as you all are...still blank! :)
