What's Fair Compensation for Canceled Cruise Calls?

Yes its 4 yrs old, but this ship has the problem with the same Port Propeller Shaft.

 

This ship had a propulsion problem when launched in 2000, on its 2005 world cruise, 2009 world cruise, and now in 2013 world cruise.

 

The worst was 2005, but this seems to be a recurring cycle. In 2009 the problem was known before Sydney but they continued to Auckland where they spent 4 days, the current problem was known before San Francisco but again they are heading for Auckland.
