Can I post a non CC Group Cruise invite?

I'm putting together a short cruise with some people in my area and the agent says we can get $100 carnival cash if we get more than 5 cabins -- which we will. I was wondering if this cruise is something I could post just for the more the merrier because the group cruises and the people sound like a lot of fun and this would be another forum for meeting people that enjoy traveling.
