Which is better? Through Eternity or Eden Walks? Eden Walks require payment up front via paypal.

It will be romantic at night. There will be less crowds and I think it will be more comfortable. While pickpockets are a problem in Rome and other European cities- there are very few violent offenders. So make sure that you don't carry things like your passport and all your credit cards and money on you. Stay in well lit areas like you would in the US. But frankly European cities are far safer than US cities.
